 Ingredients:
Gluten free flour blend (buckwheat, tapioca, maize, rice flour, potato starch), carrots, raisins, coconut oil, xylitol (from birch) egg, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, water, orange oil, vanilla extract, apple sauce (apple, water, potassium phosphate), sulphites

Occasionally due to suppliers, our cake may contain sulphites. In this instance it will be made obvious on the packaging, and if this is a problem please contact us and we will guarantee your satisfaction either through replacements or a refund.

Allergy Advice:
Despite every effort being made to prevent cross contamination, due to the artisanal nature of our business, it means we can not guarantee our 'free from' claims. Traces of gluten and dairy may be present. We do however use equipment that only gets used for free from baking.

All of our delicious sugar, gluten and dairy free cakes contain all natural birch tree extract (xylitol). Due to this, they are for human consumption only and not suitable for babies under 1 year old.
