Ingredients: Almond flour, egg, birch bark extract (xylitol), cinnamon, nutmeg, orange zest, lemon zest, apple sauce (apple, water), vanilla extract.

Allergy Advice: Despite every effort being made to prevent cross contamination, due to the artisanal nature of our business, it means we can not guarantee our 'free from' claims. Traces of gluten and dairy may be present. We do however use equipment that only gets used for free from baking.

All of our delicious sugar, gluten and dairy free cakes contain all natural birch tree extract (xylitol). Due to this, they are for human consumption only and not suitable for babies under 1 year old.
