I know what you may be thinking...what on earth is pandan?
Used predominantly in south east Asian cooking, Pandan is an aromatic and floral plant.
Pandan is sweet, very aromatic and mild in taste, delivering a flavour that's hard to pin down! A earthy vanilla flavour with a hint of coconut; indeed, pandan is often described as 'the Asian vanilla.'

Ingredients:
Gluten free flour (buckwheat, tapioca, potato starch, maize, rice flour) vanilla extract, olive oil, rapeseed oil (option to be seed oil free. Coconut oil will be used instead), egg, xylitol (from birch), apple sauce (apples, water, potassium phosphate), raspberries, pandan flavour (artificial pandan flavour, artificial coconut milk flavour, colour: e102, e133), sulphites

All of our delicious sugar, gluten and dairy free cakes contain all natural birch tree extract (xylitol). Due to this, they are for human consumption only and not suitable for babies under 1 year old.
