Ingredients: 
Gluten free flour: buckwheat, tapioca, potato starch, maize, rice flour, vanilla extract, coconut oil, egg, xylitol (from birch), apple sauce (apples, water, potassium phosphate), ube extract (sorbitol, sweet potato flavour, vanilla), mango

Occasionally due to suppliers, our cake may contain sulphites. In this instance it will be made obvious on the packaging, and if this is a problem please contact us and we will guarantee your satisfaction either through replacements or a refund.
