Gluten free flour (buckwheat, tapioca, potato starch, maize, rice), xylitol (from birch), dark cooking chocolate (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter), Plain chocolate contains: Cocoa Solids 74% minimum cocoa powder, coconut oil, apple sauce (apples, water, potassium phosphate), vanilla extract, salt
These cakes are 'no added' sugar due to the use of apple sauce, therefore there will be some naturally occurring fruit sugars.
Occasionally due to suppliers, our cake may contain sulphites. In this instance it will be made obvious on the packaging, and if this is a problem please contact us and we will guarantee your satisfaction either through replacements or a refund.
